Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions apply to all work carried out by ADT Locksmith ("we", "us", "our"). By requesting or accepting our services, you agree to the terms set out below.

1. Our Services

We provide residential and commercial locksmith services across London, including emergency call-outs, lock installation and repair, key cutting, uPVC door mechanism repairs, access control, and related security work.

2. Quotes and Pricing

Where possible we provide an estimated price before work begins. Final pricing may vary depending on the parts required and the complexity of the job discovered on site. Any change in price will be communicated to you before we proceed. There is no call-out fee.

3. Payment

Payment is due on completion of the work unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept card and bank transfer payments.

4. Cancellations

You may cancel a booked appointment free of charge with reasonable notice. If a locksmith has already been dispatched or has arrived on site, a call-out charge may apply.

5. Guarantee

All parts fitted and workmanship carried out by ADT Locksmith are covered by a 12-month guarantee, unless caused by misuse, accidental damage, or unauthorised third-party interference.

6. Proof of Identity and Ownership

For lockout call-outs, we may ask for proof of identity or proof of address/ownership before carrying out non-destructive entry, in line with standard locksmith industry practice.

7. Liability

We take reasonable care in carrying out all work. We are not liable for pre-existing damage or faults not caused by us, or for issues arising from customer-supplied parts or materials.

8. Privacy

Any personal information you provide is used only to deliver our services and respond to your enquiry, and is never sold or shared with third parties.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page is the one in effect at the time of your booking.
